CV Summary

Duarte Almeida's main areas of study are geographic information systems (GIS), tourism and agent-based modeling (ABM). He is a PhD scholarship student at the Istar-ISCTE center.

He has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business Management (Iscte, 2018) and a master's degree in Computer Science and Business Management (Iscte, 2021). 

She participates in the Iscte Spots project, a multiplatform mobile application of serious games to expose the history of Iscte.

He enjoys teaching computer science, with focus in programming, having taught several curricular units at Iscte as a monitor and guest assistant professor, and also some modules in the UpSkill initiative, a partnership between IEFP and several universities in the country (including Iscte).
