Mariana Mendonça is a Ph.D. candidate, and she holds a Master's degree in Clinical and Health Psychology (University of Porto) and a Post-graduation in Coaching Psychology (University of Lisbon). She currently works in developing employability skills among students as a Career Consultant at Nova School of Business and Economics. Her Ph.D. project aims to study the process of developing competence and a sense of success in Psychology fields.
