Abstract
Creativity is an ability extremely valued in our century. Most of the developed countries have shifted from an industrial economy to a creative (or knowledge) economy, and there is a clear requirement for schools to meet this need. However, many of the current systems of education are still driven by an economic imperative built upon the design of factory lines and standardization, somehow daunting children’s creativity. The goal of this systematic review is to present and describe the developed training programs for creativity dedicated to children in such a way that we as researchers can build upon these to continue promoting creativity that may encourage a healthy development.
