PhD in Public Policy from Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon, with a Master’s degree in Human Rights (Federal University of Goiás) and a Bachelor’s degree in Law (PUC-Goiás). Her trajectory is marked by consistent specialization in the analysis of public policies aimed at people experiencing homelessness, with a particular focus on social impact assessment, institutional responses, and participation mechanisms. She is an integrated researcher at CRIA and the principal investigator of the FCT-funded project Lisboa Invisível (PEX 2024.13962), an innovative digital platform for monitoring, analyzing, and combating misinformation about homelessness, which constitutes her main empirical field of research. She is a member of the organizing committee of the Technopolitics of Participation Network (CNPq), as well as Rede-H and NEST/UFAL, developing research connecting Portugal and Brazil in the areas of housing, participation, and democratic innovation. She coordinates funded research projects exploring the use of digital technologies and automated data analysis in public policies, focusing on technopolitics of participation and social innovation in housing contexts (CNPq/MCTI/FNDCT; FAPESC/FINEP).
