CV Summary

I did an undergraduate degree (Licenciado) in ISCTE-IUL in 2005 and received a research grant through CRIA - ISCTE-IUL (2008-2009) in the Project "Public health policies and therapeutic practices: suffering and treatment strategies of migrants in the Greater Lisbon area" (PTDC/ANT/65857/2006).

In 2014 I was awarded a Ph.D in Anthropology by Brunel University (London) with the thesis "Place Matters: Behind neighbourhood lines". The field research took place in a social housing project in the Lisbon outskirts with African and Portuguese migrants.
