Dr. Govindraj Dempo, an Invited Assistant Professor at Iscte Business School, teaches in the Master in International Management. With over three decades of business and research experience, he brings expertise in strategy, technology-driven transformation, AI and automation, big data, sustainability, international business, and family business management. Dr. Dempo completed his doctorate in Business Administration at Iscte in 2023, focussing on CEO succession in family firms operating under volatile and challenging conditions. His academic background includes an MBA from the University of San Francisco, an M.S.E.E. from Temple University, and advanced studies at Oxford, Harvard, IIM Ahmedabad, and the National University of Singapore.
