Currently, I have been working in a Business Development Research Project at ISCTE-IUL Business School, Lisbon, named “The INOVSTONE 4.0 Business Development and Mobilizer Project for ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES AND SOFTWARE FOR NATURAL STONE”,  with a view to develop the strategy and business processes of making the Stones into smart products using the BIM Technology for the AEC (Architecture Engineering and Construction Industry), and that include all the information relevant to the Industrial Operation 4.0.

Being a graduate in Civil & Environmental Engineering, then lately I studied my Master's in Information Systems Management - with the specialization in Information Systems and Technologies Management at NOVA IMS - Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, Portugal. I have been working in the fields of Operations and Procurement Management, Engineering and IT Project Management, Information Systems Management, Contract and Partner Relationship Management for about 16 years with a number of National/International business firms, e.g. Non-profit and Development organizations (Ispahani Eye Hospital, Save the Children International, BRAC), Retail, Healthcare and Hospital, Real-estate developer, Engineering and construction companies in my home country as well as in the UK. I worked in other areas as Planning, Budgeting, Policy & Procedures, Business Process Improvement, ERP Implementation etc. From my working experience as a professional in leading positions, I developed good analytic and communication skills, people orientation, ability to work in multicultural environment, even stricter requirements for integrity and good interpersonal skills. In addition, I worked as a Part-time Faculty Member (Professional resource person) for CILT (UK) International Diploma program at United International University Bangladesh form 2015-16.

I do possess very good organizational skills, communication and proficiency in English language, gained through training and capacity building workshop, study and research within my professional arena. I am a self-motivated person, and having good presentation skills, intrapersonal relationships, leaderships and change management skills. Have achieved good  knowledge in Information management, digital integration and transformation, Business analytics, ERP systems application, MS NAV 360, SQL, MS Project, UML, Gephi 0.9.2, BPMN 2.0, AutoCAD, MS Office and usage of other statistical software.
