Filipa Mendes Cunha is a sociologist and research assistant at Dinamia'CET. Filipa holds a Master's degree in Labour Sciences and Industrial Relations from ISCTE-IUL, were she studied the evolution of qualifications on the trade sector in Portugal, to unveil an eventual crowding out effect in the labour market. She worked with the General Directorate for Employment and Industrial Relations (DGERT), at the Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security. There, she developed her work as a senior technician on the ReferNet project, a network of institutions funded by the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) to provide information on national vocational education and training systems and policies in the EU Member States.
