Germán Jaraíz Arroyo holds a PhD in Social Sciences from the Pablo de Olavide University, where he works as a Lecturer, teaching the subject of Social Policies. He has been Deputy Director of the Department of Social Work and Social Services and is a member of the Teaching Committee of the Master's Degree in Public Policy Evaluation. He is the author of more than 50 publications related to the implementation of social services policy. He has advised on Social Services policy implementation processes in different European and Latin American countries.
