Professor of Public Administration at the Federal University of Alagoas - UFAL. Coordinator of the Technological Incubator of Solidarity Economy - ITES / UFAL. In 2015 he was awarded the ICE Award - Social Finance and Business Impact - 2015. Doctorate in Political Science by the University Institute of Lisbon (ISCTE-IUL). He holds a Master's degree in Administration (Organization, Power and Management) from the Federal University of Bahia (2013) and a degree in Administration from Bahia State University (2009). Coordinator of projects of research and technological development in the following themes: Solidary Economy, Solidary Finance, Common Goods, Social Management and Territorial Development.
