Designed, developed and directed this project for the Luso-American Development Foundation to increase the visibility of Portuguese institutions of higher education within the North American study abroad market. Designed initially as a 4-university consortium based in Lisbon that welcomes students from North America for summer or academic-year direct-enrollment, the program eventually added a summer program at the Univ. of the Azores, summer internships for academic credit, a visiting family program, and dozens of short-term faculty-led programs for colleges and universities from all over the USA. Oversaw all aspects of the program and a staff of 3 dedicated to study abroad. Increased SiPN enrollment from 28 in 2015 to 338 in 2018, an 1100% increase in its first 3 years. By AY 2016/17, SiPN already accounted for 1 in 3 American students in Portugal (IIE Open Doors 2018).
