Degree in Geography and Regional Planning from Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas - UNL (2012), Master in Urban Studies in 2014 from ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (2014), and Ph.d in Human Geography from IGOT-UL (2024). He is currently a Research Associate at DINÂMIA'CET-IUL Centre for Studies on Socioeconomic Change and Territory and Research Associate at the Centre for Geographical Studies. His research focuses mainly on the areas of Social and Economic Geography, with particular emphasis on phenomena that affect urban space. In recent years he has focused his research on the processes of digital transformation of urban space, as well as how they relate to various social dynamics and labour transformations. In particular, the research, from a critical perspective, in the area of smart cities and platform economy and labour is highlighted.
