Rafael Ribeiro is a current PhD student in Language and Cognition Sciences at Universidade Católica Portuguesa. His main research topics and interests focus on emotions, language, and music. He completed a degree in psychology and has published articles in scientific journals, including Nature Human Behavior and Proceeding of the National Academy of Sciences. He has also published a manual on Group Singing Interventions with Older Adults. Currently, his PhD project focus on emotional granularity, language, and the emotional response to music. Rafael Ribeiro is also a professional musician, with experience as instrumentalist and composer.
