Ricardo Lapão is currently an Invited Assistant Professor at ISCTE Business School (IBS) and School of Technology and Architecture (ISTA) of ISCTE-IUL, lecturing Marketing for Technologies. He has been a researcher at INESC-ID, where he worked in a European funded project, AIRNET, and lectured Operative Systems and Distributed Systems at IST, Lisboa. As an entrepreneur has co-founded several different enterprises (weListen Business Solutions, Marar) and currently manages Oficina Clown (www.oficinaclown.pt) a company focused on the development of soft skills and personal development.
