Rui Brites is Associate Invited Professor of ISEG-University of Lisbon and Researcher at CIES/ISCTE-IUL. He teaches courses in Research Methods and Techniques and Quantitative and Qualitative Data Analysis. His areas of research include: research methodologies, values, quality of life, subjective well-being and happiness, social attitudes, social class, gender and family, social marketing and education. He has participated in several national and international projects and presented communications at national and international conferences to disseminate the results. He has authored and co-authored several articles and book chapters in national and international publications.
