Abstract/Resumo
This presentation will focus on the current status of Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives in European Higher Education Institutions. Specifically, it will discuss the preliminary results of the 2013 BI maturity survey performed by BI Taskforce of EUNIS. Additionally, the critical success factors for developing BI initiatives in Higher Education will also be addressed.
