The main purpose of this research is to get a deeper understanding from an ecosystem perspective on a well-established specific empirical context, considering its multi-level (micro, meso and macro) interdependence, of how institutions and institutional arrangements influence actor’s resource integration and value co-creation. This research allowed concluding that even in a well-established market it is possible to construct non bounded solutions through a service platform. Through this platform actors are able to create new contexts and scenarios from which an efficient solution is de-rived for value creation. Out of the constructed scenarios actors choose the solution that is the most efficient for value creation
