To keep the preservation of biodiversity in the cities agenda it is essential the development of approaches that combine it with urban lifestyles. This project, developed in Lisbon, is based in the invitation, made to professional and higher education students in the areas of cinema/video and biology, to participate in a formation course about “Biodiversity and Lifestyles” that is composed by three thematic modules with lectures and hands-on activities. The course will finish with the production of videos by the participants. These videos will become dissemination supports of information on the relationship between biodiversity and lifestyles and will help increase the public understanding of these subjects.
