Generative Architectural Design: Fostering Human-Biome Interaction through Traditional Approaches and Emerging Technologies
Description

The research project aims to develop generative architectural software that integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) to combine knowledge from both vernacular and cutting-edge construction techniques, as well as environmental assessment tools. This intelligent architectural software seeks to address the growing disconnection between human beings and natural environments, a critical issue with far-reaching implications for human development. The research encompasses the development of AI-driven software for prototypes that utilize local materials and incorporate living roofs, as well as the construction of housing-scale prototypes integrated into the biome and the generation of urban simulations for effective validation.
