This project seeks to develop a social and emotional learning (SEL) program for higher education students that can be delivered both face-to-face and through an autonomous web-based platform. The program will be co-created with socioeconomically vulnerable youth to ensure it reflects their needs, experiences, and perspectives, using a student-centered approach to promote inclusion, equity, and sustainability. It focuses on building key social, emotional, and cognitive competencies identified by the European Union and the World Economic Forum as essential for lifelong learning and career success. Designed around the SAFE framework and informed by the Promove-Universitários project, the program aims to support students during critical transitions at the beginning and end of higher education.
