Within the framework of the document analysis, the number of female executives serving in the boards of directors of the enterprises operating in Borsa İstanbul and their ratio to the total number of board members will be recorded according to the year-end activity reports and websites announced on the public disclosure platform. The number and proportion of women on boards of directors will be the first unit of analysis to be used in the case study. MAXQDA 2020 qualitative research analysis software will be used in the study. ER -
