AB - Agri-food systems are facing unprecedented challenges arising from climate change, geopolitical instability, market volatility, technological disruptions, and resource constraints. These systemic pressures expose the limitations of conventional risk management approaches and create opportunities for entrepreneurial innovation to enhance resilience and sustainability across supply chains. From an entrepreneurship perspective, digital technologies, data-driven decision-making, artificial intelligence, and collaborative governance models can stimulate innovative business solutions and strengthen adaptive capabilities throughout the supply chain. By combining resilience thinking with innovation management, this research advances entrepreneurial ecosystems capable of proactively addressing systemic risks and generating economic, social, and environmental benefits. It emphasizes the critical role of resilience in managing agri-food supply chain risks and underscores the necessity for innovative models that can anticipate and reduce potential disruptions.
