We describe the design and implementation of an integrated system landscape connecting Zenodo, the institutional Current Research Information System (CRIS), and the Institutional Repository, demonstrating how this architecture ensures FAIR compliance while maintaining interoperability with national and international infrastructures such as RCAAP and OpenAIRE. Our findings suggest that the CRIS, through the project page, serves not merely as an administrative tool but as a strategic instrument for aggregating research outputs and supporting responsible research assessment.
