AB  - In a sample of 175 teams, we tested how shared leadership can act as a boundary condition on the mediating effect of exploring-experimenting behaviours between negative team affective climate and team viability. Results supported our hypothesis that in conditions of high shared leadership, negative climate influences team viability through exploring-experimenting.
