AB  - In this paper we focus on the important and actual problem of how Information Systems and Decision Support Systems (DSS) in particular, can help the Academic Stakeholders (e.g., teachers, students and staff) in their daily job decisions towards the fulfillment of the long-term decisions or planned goals. A Management Information Systems Architecture is proposed to enable the iterative planning, monitoring and evaluation of the performance of an University.
