Very often there are problems because there are many procedures to deal with in aquaculture. Bureaucracy gets evident what delays projects’ approval and implementation. As a result, there are severe consequences when projects exploitation is made and there is an evident loss of value. Theory of anti-commons is presented in this perspective. When an “anti-commons” appears, resources’ under-use may happen. In such a situation of anti-commons too many exclusion rights exist, leading to a probable under-use of resources. ER -
