The research method was content analysis and it was possible to find 11 categories in which comparative analyzes were performed between DTMM The result of the comparison and analysis of the models helps professionals from different areas of activity, specialists, and academics to understand the similarities and differences between the models, and to assess the organization’s readiness and capacity to make significant changes, such as, strategy, business model, products and services, and technology.
