AB  - In an increasingly diverse global mobility and international work scenario, as illustrated by Bonache et al. (2018), expatriate motives and experiences are changing, and the deployment of more dynamic, flow-based and polycentric IHRM practices and policies is recommended. This communication presented the results of a study that examined expatriate willingness (to go) and how this relates with company expatriate policies orientation, in multinational companies (MNCs) of a less frequently cited and developed country (Portugal). Research question used as starting point: Are company policies, in less cited developed countries (Portugal), being enacted as expatriate willingness qualifying resource passageway levels?
