The study aims to analyze the experiences lived at home during the COVID-19 pandemic quarantine. A methodology based on a questionnaire survey was used to analyze the experiences lived by a sample of 726 Portuguese individuals during the quarantine period. The results show that through the application of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, a structure with four factors was obtained: Sense and Feel, Pandemic Feel, Pandemic Think, and Act. The application of the cluster analysis technique identified the presence of four clusters, showing that experiences are lived with different levels of intensity. These results can be useful for scientific knowledge in the behavioural area and for defining adequate strategies to improve the health, well-being and quality of life of individuals in pandemic contexts.
