Resumo: A bacia meridional do Atlântico constitui o palco de envolvimento de duas das principais organizações regionalizas que congregam de entre os seus mais importantes objetivos de cooperação estratégica, a segurança marítima e o desenvolvimento sustentado. Falamos da Comissão do Golfo da Guiné (CGG) e da Zona de Paz e Cooperação do Atlântico Sul (OPACAS). Ambas são organizações que congregam há mais de uma década uma parte significativa dos países ribeirinhos das cartas do Atlântico Sul, com especial incidência na região do Golfo da Guiné ______________________ Abstract: The southern Atlantic basin is the involvement of stage two of the main organizations that bring together regionalizas from among its most important objectives of strategic cooperation, maritime security and sustainable development. We are talking about the Gulf of Guinea Commission (CGG) and the South Atlantic Peace and Cooperation Zone (OPACAS). Both are organizations that bring together more than a decade a significant number of countries bordering the South Atlantic letters, with particular emphasis on the Gulf of Guinea region.
