In this Conference – 2
nd part; the first part took place on April 6, 2018, also at ISCTEIUL
– t was discussed the impact, what it means and what to expect of this governmental
initiative both a legal point of view, as social and economic. I presented my perspective
as a researcher and as Angolan.
Resumo:
Neste Debate – segunda parte; a primeira parte ocorreu no dia 6 de Abril de 2018, também
no ISCTE-IUL – é debatido o impacto, o que significa e o que esperar desta iniciativa
governativa, tanto num ponto de vista jurídico, como social e económico. Nele apresentei
a minha perspectiva enquanto investigador e enquanto angolano.
