Abstract
Prison is a way to establish the alliance-relationship between societies and the states. Through reinforcement of social discrimination against victims of social dysfunctions, as children out of caring and loving environments, the states support social secrets that involve this kind of situations. So society has no need to deal with them, since it is the state that should deal with. The state simulate prevention of crime and society simulate to believe that social-police-criminal system is the only one available to punish/prevent criminal behaviors.
