Abstract
The deliverable highlights a decline in transparency and compliance with Commitment 17 among signatories of the Code of Practice on Disinformation, reflected in increasingly vague reports and reduced efforts by major platforms to support media literacy and institutional cooperation. It also provides an updated assessment of VLOPs and VLOSEs, offering tailored recommendations and examining intensified media and regulatory scrutiny in Spain and Portugal due to the lack of tangible progress in tackling disinformation.
