Digital transformation in the health sector profoundly impacts how services are offered, requiring reflection on the ethical implications and roles of leadership. In this context, the problem of this study was: What are the most effective leadership approaches to promote digital transformation in the health sector considering the ethical issues that emerge in this process? To answer this problem, the following research objective was established: To analyze how different leadership styles can influence digital transformation in the health sector, focusing on the ethical implications associated with data privacy, equity in access to technology, and the patient-health professional relationship. The conclusion is that leadership in the the health sector must be guided by clear ethical principles to ensure that digital transformation respects patient privacy, promotes inclusion, and strengthens trust between health professionals and the population.
