A longitudinal story of QUATIC conference, from its creation in 1994 till its 11th edition at the University of Coimbra in 2018. How did it fit and helped to shape IPQ's / CS03 mission statement ("Promote and dynamize Quality in the planning, development, deployment and use of ICT, namely at the process, system, product and service levels"). How did it evolve from a triennial to a annual event. Its internationalization and characterization of its community.
