Semi-structured interview transcripts on local community perspectives on sustainable tourism in Lisbon
This record describes a qualitative dataset resulting from semi-structured in-depth interviews with the local population in the historic old city of Lisbon, conducted between November 2023 and January 2024 as part of the TOURSUS-EU project within the framework of the Marie Curie Individual Fellowship 2022. Within the project, interviews were conducted with the aim of gaining a deeper understanding of the local population's attitudes, experiences, and motivations regarding sustainable tourism, with a particular focus on the effects of mass tourism. A total of 17 interviews were conducted.
