Alessandro Pinheiro holds a degree in Business Administration (a 4-year course, pre-Bologna), a postgraduate degree in Marketing, a master's degree in Business Administration, and a Ph.D. in Information Science and Technology. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Science and Technology (ISCTE-IUL) and an Assistant Professor in the undergraduate programs in Management Informatics, Game Development, and Computer Engineering (European University).
