Jorge Caleiras, sociologist, is a senior staff member of the Institute of Social Security since 1998 and integrated researcher at CIES-ISCTE. He has a PhD in Sociology from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra and has developed research and published in the areas of labour market, social and employment policies. He was a member of the Advisory Board of Portuguese Sociological Association (APS), António Dornelas prize/2017 and has been part of teams in several research projects, already completed or ongoing, including EmployALL.
