CV Summary

Sara Corlett is a Postdoctoral Fellow at ISCTE-IUL (BRU) doing research on exploitive relationships and well-being. Her research interests focus on the inclusion of people in situations of vulnerability/exclusion in organizations and the promotion of organizational justice.

In addition to her dedication to research, Sara has been committed to transferring knowledge to the community. She has led a project to train university staff in sexual and gender diversity inclusion, and she has also participated as a trainer in a similar initiative to train library staff to be sensitive to vulnerable groups (i.e. people with disabilities, LGBTQ+ people, diverse cultural backgrounds) in their daily work. She is also a researcher for the Laboratory Observatory of Occupational Health from a Gender Perspective (LAOGEN) of the Regional Government of Andalusia (Spain), where she conducts research and facilitates the dissemination of information to occupational health professionals.
