Carolina Marques is a Guest Lecturer in the Department of Marketing, Operations and General Management at Iscte Business School. She is also a Research Assistant at Iscte, and a PhD candidate in Management at ISEG - University of Lisbon.

Since 2023, she has been involved in European research projects, including Erasmus+ and Horizon Europe, representing DINÂMIA’CET-Iscte - Centre for Socioeconomic and Territorial Studies.

Alongside her research and teaching activities, Carolina has developed and delivered several courses and training programmes in Management.
