He graduated in Economics and Management from the Jean Piaget University of Angola (2010); attended and completed the Master's Degree in Development Local Diversities and Global Challenges at ISCTE- University Institute of Lisbon, Portugal (2013), where he developed the thesis entitled Human Capital Policies in Angola (2002-2012): The Case Study of Cunene Province; attended and completed Postgraduate Studies in Public Administration and Administrative Law at UAL-Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (2017); PhD in African Studies, in the specialty of International Relations(Political Economy of Regionalism), where he developed the thesis entitled Cross-border Regionalism: The Case of the Southern Border of Angola by ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, Portugal (2021), in this context he developed his fieldwork on the border of Santa Clara (Angola) and Oshikango (Namibia); and he is a Non-PhD Researcher of CEI-Center for International Studies of ISCTE-IUL since 2018. He is the author of a book: Regionalismo, Integración Regional y Económica en África, published in the Spanish Revista Académica in December 2019, and two artics published in two specialized journals, namely: Jonas, Ezequiel Israel.
