A PhD candidate in Information Sciences and Technologies from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (IUL), a Master's Degree in Socio-Economic Development and a Postgraduate Diploma in Auditing from the Polytechnic University in partnership with the Order of Chartered Accountants (OROC) of Portugal and the Order of Accountants and Auditors of Mozambique (OCAM) and a Degree in Business Management from the Higher Institute of Science & Technology of Mozambique - ISCTEM. He has been a university lecturer since 2006, at ISCTEM, ISCAM, UEM, ISCIM, USTM, UDM, and others, and has been Secretary General of the Order of Accountants and Auditors of Mozambique (OCAM) since 2014 and Co-founder of the Union of Accountants and Auditors of Portuguese Speaking Countries (UCALP). Gildo is a consultant and co-developer of the System of Business Practices and Entrepreneurship - SPEE (1st Mozambican Business Simulation Games), used in more than 15 universities, and a lecturer. Co-creator of the Business Simulation Bootcamp - for teenagers to learn business based on the Simulator. Co-founder of the Mozambican Association of Information and Communication Technology Professionals and Companies (AMPETIC). As Project Manager at ITIS, he took part in the development of Mozambique's first Business Simulation system (Business Practices and Entrepreneurship System), Application, Selection, and Recruitment Management Software (CVsOnline), the Confederation of Business Associations (CTA) Database, the Institute for the Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (IPEME) Portal, Kaya - Condominium Management System, the Academic Registry Management System - Dondza 2.0, the Pearl of the Indian Social Network, among others. Member of ABSEL and ISAGA where he has participated in International Conferences on Games, Simulators, and International Accounting Congresses. Areas of interest: African philosophy, serious games, business simulation, co-creation and collaborative systems, social sciences, information systems, and history. Gildo loves sports, travelling, and music
