Gustavo Aybar Camposano is a social psychologist whose work explores the intersection of identity, stigma, and mental health among LGBTQI+ communities. Specifically, he investigates the coping strategies used by lesbian and gay individuals to manage stigmatization and protect their mental health. He is also trained as a clinical psychologist working mainly with and for underserved groups and communities.
