PhD in Management, Master in Strategy and Business Development and Graduation in Business Organization and Management in ISCTE- IUL - University Institute of Lisbon. Today is management researcher in corporate governance, compensation managers, also at ISCTE-IUL. In 2007, have taught corporate governance and finance to economy graduation. Since then he has also taught how to use database of ISCTE the masters and doctoral students. Has many papers in various national and international journals and presented research at international and national conferences. Organized a series of international and national conferences such as ICAM 2006 (International Conference on Advances in Management), ELBE 2008 (Brazilian Portuguese Meeting Strategy), the GIRA 2010 (Corporate Governance, Innovation and Social and Environmental Responsibility), the ELBE 2012 and the Tourism & Ageing, 2014.
