Holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics (ISEG – University of Lisbon, 2019) and a Master's degree in Economics and Public Policy (ISCTE-IUL, 2021). Completed a Postgraduate Program in Future Mobility (IPPS-Iscte, 2025). Presently pursuing the Interdisciplinary Doctoral Program in Political Economy (ISEG, ISCTE, FEUC). His academic background is further enriched by advanced studies in Public Procurement (ISCTE Executive Education, 2021) and additional specialized technical training.
Since 2020, alongside research activities, he has held technical positions in a Municipality, working in the fields of Territorial Planning, Mobility, Traffic, Transport, and National and EU Co-financed Projects.
His research interests focus on Political Economy, Public Policy, and Transports.
Notably, he disseminated the results of his study on free public transport in Cascais, presenting at the 9th EUGEO Congress (Barcelona, 2023) on Fare-Free Public Transport. He co-authored the Transport chapter in the latest edition (2025) of the report O Estado da Nação e as Políticas Públicas (IPPS–ISCTE-IUL).
He actively participates in the local community.
