Architect graduated from Faculdade de Arquitectura da Universidade Técnica de Lisboa (FA-UL), 2004. He did an internship in FA-UL / GESTU - Research Office for Systems and Technologies in Architecture and Urbanism, working on urban regeneration plans and heritage rehabilitation.
Since 2005 he worked in Architecture and Urbanism projects for different studios, including Strategic Documents for Urban Renewal in historical neighborhoods of Lisbon for SRU Ocidental.
Since 2013 he is developing a PhD research in Architecture of Contemporary Metropolitan Territories (ISCTE-IUL) - FCT grant (2019) - which aims to investigate about art festivals and their spatial, social and economic impacts in Lisbon’s urban context.
