Ph.D. in Management with specialization in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Iscte-IUL; MSc. in Business Administration from PUC-Rio, with a degree recognized by Iscte-IUL; postgraduate in the Executive MBA in Finance from IBMEC-RJ; graduated in Chemical Engineering by UERJ and Biotechnology Technician by ETFQ-RJ.

Currently, she is working as Social Sciences academic researcher, emphasizing Public Administration, Economics, and Organization Management regarding Third Sector/Social Economy Organizations areas.

Professionally, she has more than 30 years of experience in national and multinational companies of medium and large sizes, from the three sectors of civil society, in the areas of Controlling, Finance and Accounting, Business Administration and Management, Strategy,  Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Purchasing, Logistics, Budget Planning and Management, Human Resources, Information and Communication Technology, Corporate Governance, Leadership, Risk and Compliance Management, Information and Transparency Management, Process and Project Management, Accountability, Open Data, and Audit (Internal, External and Governmental).
