Manuel João Morais Ribeiro, PhD in Risk Sciences (2018) in the Doctoral Programme ‘Territory, Risk and Public Policies’ at the Interdisciplinary Institute of the University of Coimbra, in partnership with the Universities of Lisbon and Aveiro.
He has a degree in Sociology (1983) from ISCTE-IUL, and specialised in the area of protection of people and property, having passed the public exams at the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria (2014).
