Research InterestsMy research activities focus on the study of Virtual Reality and Extended Reality, with particular emphasis on their social, organizational, and human impact. I am guided by the conviction that the future of digital systems lies in hybrid approaches that integrate technology and people, fostering co-creation processes and the valorization of collective knowledge.
My professional background is developed at the intersection of technology, innovation, and digital strategy, with applied experience in the business context, particularly in digital transformation projects with tangible impact on organizational performance.
Currently, I am in a phase of consolidation and integration of my professional and academic trajectory as a PhD Student in Information Sciences and Technologies at ISCTE Lisbon, with a research focus on information systems and the adoption and application of emerging technologies.
I act as a Research Assistant in the Information Systems group at the ISTAR ISCTE Research Center and as Chief Innovation & Partnerships Officer (CIPO) at the HUB for New Technologies and Communication, involving initiatives from Virtuall.me, Grupo Criativa, and VirtuALLab Lumière.
In parallel, I collaborate with academic and business organizations in the design and implementation of technological solutions, articulating applied research, strategic vision, technical execution, and a people-centered approach.
