I graduated in Social and Organizational Psychology in ISCTE-IUL in 2004. From 2005 to 2010 I worked in Portugal and Brazil as a training consultant specialized in designing and delivering courses on interpersonal skills (e.g., leardership, coaching, negotiation, sales, oral presentations). From 2010 to 2016 I worked as a doctoral researcher in ISCTE-IUL with a doctoral grant awarded by FCT. During my PhD, I developed experimental research on social motivation and relational models. I also participated in a research project that focused on the student experience of the research-teaching integration in Higher Education. I am currently working as a Learning and Development Specialist at Hovione.
